Holt, MI — July 24, 2008 — Delhi Township has announced that Township residents can now use an American Express®, Discover®, MasterCard® or VISA® credit card or debit card to make payments for sewer services and taxes online, in addition to at the Township office. Delhi Township has contracted with Point & Pay, a third party vendor, to operate as an extension of their customer support and payment processing services.
“We wanted to make it easier for them to make payments. Our goal is to provide our taxpayers the best level of service. We are excited to accommodate our customers with multiple payment solutions,” said Harry Ammon, Township Treasurer.
The new service gives residents a flexible, secure method of making payments conveniently and on time. Residents can make an online payment through the internet by going to the Delhi Township website at www.delhitownship.com, first clicking on the services link and then online bill pay.
Information requested will include an account number, credit/debit card information, and the amount that is to be paid. A nominal fee is calculated and charged for this convenient service.
For over eight years, Point & Pay has offered taxpayers the ease of fulfilling payment obligations in real-time, conveniently and securely from anywhere with Internet or phone access.
